Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local browser storage. They can remember settings and help a website operate. This policy explains the limited storage used by Syndryx.
2. What this site uses
The site uses the following storage. Optional cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner:
| Name | Type | Duration | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| syndryx-consent | localStorage | 12 months / until cleared | Remembers your privacy choices (analytics, marketing) | Strictly necessary |
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Cookie (Google) | 90 days | Google Ads conversion measurement: links an ad click to an enquiry | Marketing (optional) |
| _ga, _ga_* | Cookie (Google) | Up to 2 years | Statistics about how the site is used | Analytics (optional) |
Hostinger hosting/CDN may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example during a bot-protection challenge, for the duration of your visit. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font requests or font data go to Google Fonts. The exact Google cookie names can change; the categories above stay the same.
3. Optional cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies are provided by Google Ireland Limited through Google tags. They are off by default. We use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, Google tags do not set or read analytics or advertising cookies. If you decline, Google may still receive limited cookieless signals (for example that a page loaded), without cookies or advertising identifiers. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
4. How to change your choice
The banner’s “Customise” option lets you turn analytics or marketing on or off at any time. Use the “Cookie settings” button in the footer to reopen the banner.
